It is legal to bet on gambling sites. If you are worried about the legality and legitimacy of gambling sites do not fret! The Bizzo Casino current laws and regulations that apply to online gambling websites are directed at the casinos and their financial base. The bureaucrats and politicians don’t like the casinos, and have been trying to stop them for years. Gambling on gambling websites is illegal and there are numerous reasons for this.
First what is the reason why the United States government want to interfere with people’s gambling? It’s a simple question. Gambling is a form of income and business and in the past, casino owners and developers made an enormous amount of money from players who gambled on their sites. The government isn’t happy with the government earning more from gambling. For instance, the government recently attempted to stop a sports betting site from being established in Nevada since the state felt it could encourage gambling there. This basically means that there will be no more betting in Nevada.
The problem, of course, is that the state offered to help the site make its deposit requirements more accessible to residents. This means that gambling websites aren’t legally able to charge people a deposit fee, and they can’t refuse to accept deposits. The banking laws that were passed by Congress and enacted by the President allow U. S.citizens to transact online with banks institutions. So the banking industry is the one that will get cut off from the gambling sites and not the owners of the sites.
As far as I’m concerned I think this whole issue has gone overboard with the Federal Trade Commission basically stating that there’s nothing wrong with regulating gambling websites. They also cited several states which have legalized online gambling but they do not have any control over state laws. In fact, several states have gone as far as to enact constitutional protections against federal attempts to regulate gambling. The only way for the Federal government can step in and intervene is if the law in the state is blatantly illegal.
I’d like to suggest that this is a ludicrous decision to the CFTC to take. It’s a misuse of power to compel state officials to regulate gambling sites that residents of these states want to open. Furthermore, I question the motives of the FTC which appears more interested in compromising the privacy of Internet users, than in protecting honest online casinos. The fact that the State Department and the CFTC claim that this isn’t an overreach of power is absurd.
The reason why the United States is the only nation in the world which lets its citizens gamble online with real money, with no kind of regulation, is due to the fact that the politicians in the states believed that they could get away with it. Many state lawmakers passed legislation to allow live casinos. However, the casino owners made a the extremes to ensure they were not controlled. They fought tooth-and-nine to ensure that no one could watch their online games. What is the reason for this? What is it that means to “protect” the players from “bad eggs”?
The CFTC has also tried to block online gambling websites in other ways. Online bookmakers have also been attacked by the CFTC who tried to force them into admitting that they made poor bets for customers. This could easily be deemed an abuse of power by courts and the CFTC’s attempts to impose these rules on bookmakers will likely not to succeed. This rule will fail because there isn’t a clear line between permissible or prohibited activities. There is no bright Casino movil line and the fact that a lot of bookmakers feel they have a right to try to make their rivals admit to having have made bad bets isn’t a good thing for the public.
There is no way that the US government will be quick to regulate online gambling. The US isn’t a big nation when it comes to regulating businesses and so the chances of the government trying to regulate all of the gambling sites is unlikely. There will always be grey areas where gambling is concerned but ultimately the US should be content to leave these areas unaffected and focus on the safety issues that are a part of all the different types of gambling. Believing in the pros and cons of gambling online, is a decision the US should make.
